Of course not, our stations are open during our business hours and extend beyond the hours that our groomer is onsite. These stations work on a first come basis. Usually, end of days and weekends are the busiest time, thus we can’t guarantee that you might need to wait. However, waiting is rare.

Starting in November 2023, a full time bather is part of our team on site. She is usually Friday through Monday and available under appointments Wednesday and Thursdays. Services include bath and brush, nails, facial cleaning, anal gland expressions, de-matting service, de-shedding service. We provide all that is needed to wash your faithful companion but we understand your pup might have specific needs. You are welcome to bring your own products. If you forget them, we will tuck them away in our lost and found.

Our automated cycles are $18 for 15 min plus an extra 2 minutes to allow the warm water to reach the tub and an extra minute for disinfecting at the end. While on the last minute, you can add an extra 5 minutes for $6.

We have a small video showing how our tubs work. All you need is a card payment, either through a physical credit card or your Apple Pay/Google Pay. Then, it is as easy as pushing a couple of buttons and get started.
