Great news!!! We are extending our weekend hours to Fridays effective Friday, September 9, 2022. That means we’ll now open at 11:00 a.m. instead of 1:00 p.m. on Fridays.
Our “Self-Service” Focus is back. Pawsitively Kleen opened during the COVID-19 pandemic under special operating procedures imposed by the Health Department. As life returns to normal, we are returning to our original operating plan. This means:
(1) We now have reusable permanent aprons. Those cheap (wasteful and awful) disposable aprons are gone!
(2) We will not always meet you at the store. The door is now unlocked, and you can go right in and wash your pup. If you need anything (to buy or reload a card), please ring the doorbell and ask us for assistance, or you can call either Keith or Mario at the numbers posted on the store signs.
(3) We now ask that you use the free Disinfect Cycle at the end of each wash. During the pandemic, we took care of this step for everyone. But we now ask you to help us keep the wash basins clean. We will still come into the store throughout the day to make sure everything is ready to go, but your help with this is appreciated!
Upcoming Holidays… Watch for our popular Christmas Gift Bags in November. They are great as gifts for your pups or for your friends who have pups. Also take note of our holiday hours – we’ll close just a bit earlier at 5:00 p.m. the day before Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve.
